BIM Invitational Meetup: Innovation Through Collaboration

Recognizing the transformative power of informal discussions and roundtable exchanges, we are thrilled to announce the 2nd annual BIM Invitational Meetup. This event reimagines how professionals access industry insights, fostering innovation and collaboration in a unique, participant-driven setting.

Conversations That Drive Collaboration and Insight

The BIM Invitational Meetup is not your typical conference. Instead of traditional lectures, we focus on informally structured discussions designed to spark meaningful exchanges among peers. We've often heard the sentiment, “The best part of the conference was talking between sessions.” At the BIM Invitational, these conversations *are* the main event.

This isn’t about classroom instruction—it’s about collaborative insights. While many events teach specific tasks, we offer a platform for industry experts, practitioners, and enthusiasts to come together in an intimate setting. Here, you’ll connect with others who share your responsibilities, challenges, and goals, building a community where collaboration thrives.

Depth, Quality, and Collaboration in Every Conversation

The BIM Invitational Meetup prioritizes the *quality and depth of conversations* over traditional presentations. Our curated agenda features a diverse range of topics that address the AEC industry’s most pressing challenges and emerging trends.

From innovative construction techniques to sustainable design practices and BIM/Revit management, the conversations are driven by attendees—your peers—offering thoughtful insights and unique perspectives. Whether you’re diving into niche subjects or exploring broad industry shifts, you’ll leave with actionable ideas and lasting connections in a collaborative environment.

Why Now?

The cancellation of BILT NA created a gap in many professionals' development schedules, and the BIM Invitational Meetup aims to help fill that void. While we don’t intend to replace the outstanding programming provided by DBEI, we see this event as a complement to traditional conferences.

Here, there’s no need to rush to the next session or sacrifice an engaging conversation to tick off another box on your agenda. Instead, we’ve created a space where those meaningful discussions take center stage, offering something unique for those who crave collaboration and innovation in the AEC industry.

Join us to be part of a growing movement that values shared expertise, collaboration, and innovation!
