We will send out a survey to all registered attendees a few weeks before the event to gather hotel preferences. Based on the most popular responses, shuttle routes will be planned to maximize convenience for attendees staying at these hotels.
What is the shuttle schedule?
Shuttles will operate both before and after the general sessions each day:
- Morning Shuttles: Start 60 minutes before the welcome session and concludes 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Evening Shuttles: Begin immediately after the dinner and run for 30 minutes after the last event of the day.
Specific timing and pickup/drop-off locations will be shared closer to the event.
Will there be ADA-compliant shuttles?
